Returns Policy

Before returning an item please contact the office to obtain a returns authorisation number from us. Please have you order details to hand when you call us.

We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty or damaged item

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage (UK only). Please be aware all our electrical appliances use a UK plug system and it is down to the customer to check the requirements of their particular country – and Juice Master will not cover the postage cost outside the UK should there be any warranty issues.

Duplicate or incorrect item

You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Unwanted item

You may return any item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.

 

You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to a full refund.
